May 2018: basin proposed for high priority status

2019: basin boundary modification approved changing a portion of the e boundary between the Santa Rosa Plain subbasin and the Wilson Grove Formation Highlands basin consolidating the City of Sebastopol, Belmont Terrace Mutual Water Company (MWC), Fircrest MWC, and Kelly MWC within the Santa Rosa Plain subbasin.  

Phase 2 Draft basin priority: Medium.

2022: January 29 – GSP submitted to DWR

2023: January 26 – GSP approved by DWR
